I buy an average of 10 new properties per month, and sometimes it can be a challenge finding the right properties to buy! My team and I are all about revitalizing properties and neighborhoods, and improving our communities. If you have or know of a property that needs work or has been vacant for a long time, it could be exactly what I’m looking for.

If you know of someone that is in pre-foreclosure, has recently inherited a property they need to sell, or maybe they owe a lot of back taxes and need to get rid of the place; whatever the case may be, I specialize in finding solutions to sticky situations and problem properties.

Please submit as much info about the property and owners as you can below. The bare minimum that I need is the address, but anything further you can tell me about the property could greatly assist me in contacting the owner or coming up with an offer. If you have pictures of the place you can share, you can upload them at the bottom of this form.
